Something that resonated with me was that spirituality is not always psychological, it's energy based. Sarah does an excellent job on teaching, translating and combining the mystic arts. I have had many spiritual mystical encounters with the Universal Christ thru the original teachings of Jesus/Y'shua. Many got suppressed by organized Religion around 325 AD. till now. Thru sacred breath and meditation i have had profound experiences of unconditional love of the mystical Christ. 🙌🏻

4:27 Sarah, this one really hit home, resonating exactly with my current understanding, knowingness… thank you for your ability and energy to understand and share your understanding, it is quite helpful to me as i undergo my own process, path. Each individual is on their own independent journey yet interconnected and intertwined in so many ways. Piecing together what is being experienced with what knowledge is out there is both fun/exhilarating and daunting in some ways… I keep going back to David Hawkins admonition to stay focused on the straight and narrow pathway and not getting sidetracked into the Astral and various “interesting” and sometimes “fascinating” realms and experiences. The balance of this and belong able to integrate and function in the world, productively - while continue to elevate is my work. I love your confirmation that the challenge of our time is just that.. not to go away and isolate in an internal only enlightened state, but rather to become that state while functioning in the world. Nailed it again. I have been purging my childhood trauma these past few days. My lower back went out and that was my que to go within. I healed it and for the last few days ive just been 😢 lol. My new moon intentions were to reconnect w the woods and its healing qualities. Then i saw a short that this is the year of the Wood Dragon. Then i saw that this Sept full moon has dragon energy for a serious DNA upgrade. Then i ran across a meditation to meet my guarding Dragon. It was orange and yellow with wings and feathers and beautiful blue eyes. I cried and cried from the love and protection i felt. That was last night. Then today this amazingly informative video explaining my experiences the last few days. I find myself at peace again because of you. I dont have the vocabulary to express my gratitude to you. I had a vision of visiting the sun, I knew our consciousness comes from there. I studied the sun since 2011 and realized why ancients worshipped the sun. The sun was green when i visited it. There was a being that gave me direction for my present state. This was a vision i had with complete sobriety. It started when i was listening to tools song pneuma for the first time. It says sun becoming in that song. They know where we're from too.

Great explanation! I have been looking at ancient alchemy drawings and they definitely seem to be about more than just material transmutation. Similar to Rudolf Steiner's teaching with a different perspective, including the blackening stage in alchemy which I believe can be seen as a dying or breaking down of the lower ego, false self and material attachments. Jesus said deny thyself, and that we must lose our life in order to find our life in Christ.
