My wife and I have been researching breast implants. She wants to get breast augmentation. Can you tell me if there is any correlation between BII and smooth or textured implants as well? We have really enjoyed you videos and research. Very informative. Thank you!

Love that you talking about this, I have gummy bear implants , textured. I have no deformity and they look good still. Something interesting is that i get chronic and acute inflammation in almost all my abdominal organs. Crp levels always fluctuate. I had one swollen lymph node in one breast, small in size. Would you feel this could quite possibly be linked to a textured implant and reason enough to re do the implants with smooth texture? I understand the biofilm etc, but the outer covering of smooth is still silicone. Would you feel that I would benefit from implant change? Thank you for your content, just amazing!

what do you think about the relation between capsular contraction and different surfaces? I thought this was the reason for using of texture implants? Best regards

how about the contraction capsules the smooth implants can cause above the glandule?

Wouldn't the smooth walled implant make the capsule also?

What about the valves?? I saw that they do not fully seal which can cause leakage in or out .
