Nice video, but generally speaking, is there a better way to age less than to have a healthy day/night cycle. I mean, you need to sleep better, period. Have a good amount of sun in the morning immediatelly after you wake up. Than exercise for 15-20 to elevate your heart rate, nothing too intense or heavy lifting. 😁 I'm also really interested in unorthodox and unspoken supplements on the market. There are some really crazy supplements and I read them in a nice book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman. It's really well done and organized plus has a lot of cool illustrations which is a thumbs up from me. Check it out if you're interested in that stuff like me 😊 😊

Just to clarify for people who dont know. Facelift is much more than pulling and cutting the exes skin. This was done about 5 decades ago and since the procedure has evolved. Dr will move fat pads and muscles as well. Ellacore is not very effective it is not safe for darker skin tones, can leave scarring.

When I was a kid in the 90s, my class visited a fish farm as part of a life cycle project (we raised salmon in a tank in my school). The guys working there plunked a pail full of eggs down in front of us, pulled a male salmon out of a bucket, held him over the pail, and squeezed. Cue squeals of disgust and amusement from the nine and ten year old children. It sprayed out like a cyst in a popping video.

Not true. Autophagy starts around 17-18 hours, and depends on a person’s metabolic health. It tops out at about 72 hours, with stem cell production really kicking in on days 4 & 5. BUT autophagy also happens without fasting. It can happen with exercise, as well as with certain foods.

@@LauraB.335 In other words, you’re saying pick a number: “zero to infinity” 😂🤦🏼♀️😂 Every site on UTube says something different so (without going through a million reasons) why not pick the optimum number which for most people is 36 hours.

Are the LEDs effective in the iRestore? I bought a red light panel and it wasn’t until after I bought it I realized that because it’s a diode instead of laser light I won’t be able to receive the benefits of the red light (due to light scattering properties of LED va laser).

I don't believe fasting is for everyone. I tried it, I'm a personal trainer, I also exercise quitr a bit. Lifting heavy cardio, I also teach pilates. I don't need to lose weight. I'm very lean and muscular enough at 49 years old I've been able to maintain. The fasting judt csuses to much stress and fatigue for me. I need energy to not only train but to be present for the people I'm helping! I start work at 6 am. It's already stressful to get up at 4:45 am to get ready for my day. I work out myself between clients if i have gaps ir after. I think i personally need the extra nutrients and the extra protein to keep me building muscle and bine and other structures as i am nearly 50. To each there own, but not for me. I am interested in NR or NMN, but it looks like the FDA is trying to ban it? Is this true?
@PachouliaАй бұрын
I really struggle if I eat too late, but I also love big, protein-heavy meals so I think I might give it a go! I've realised I don't eat as much in the evenings now, so I think what I might try is stopping food beyond 7pm and having my first meal at 11am.
