I was thinking about getting those too

I started with their Dual XB then went to Spire, I wish I had not done so. My expectation was to high, your regular devices (phone, computer etc..) won't push the Spire. I don't hear much of difference in my Spire, from my universal Mackie 240's. I also play drum's we use ME1 Allen and Heath, my Duals are louder.

Just ordered the Rev X - can't wait to get them

Any news on the RevX? I am looking for reviews but can't find any. Trying to see if they are worth the higher price tag vs the Spire 6's. Thanks!

@@jaredbaez9594 so I've had them for a couple of gigs and use them occasionally for enjoyment listening. I can compare them the following Sennheiser ie600, Wav Custom 4 driver and KZ Z10Pro 5 driver - they blow them all away. I love the ie600 pro's amazing for a single dynamic but in a gig situation in particular they take a larger amount of power to drive - example my IEM pack volume has to be at 80-90% for my liking with the RevX 40% is plenty loud. The detail, separation and bass is really phenomenal and hard to put into words. I essentially had to say to myself are they worth 2x the price of the ie600's - absolutely for my ears and my use case, zero regrets or buyers remorse. The headroom is ridiculously huge from these.

How are you liking these now that you've had them a while? Curious if you have any string players in your band? I play electric violin in our worship group, trying to connect with another string player for their input on IEMs.
