hey m8! just curious if you know cant find this answer anywhere. I have years of customer service in the food and drink industry. planning on setting up a mobile bar service. only issue i dont turn 21 for a year. For private events do you have to be 21 to serve? even though the client is supplying the booze?

I can answer that for you. You will still need to be 21 as you will still be serving alcohol. There is a distinction between serving/selling alcohol. As a vendor you can still serve the alcohol without a license if the alcohol has been paid for upfront and is for a private event. The servers of the alcohol still need to be the right age. In Australia we also need to have the correct RSA (responsible service of alcohol course) completed in each different state we serve in too.
