Verbs in Spanish is very frustrating because I'll learn one way of saying a verb, then next thing I turn to another lesson, that same verb I have to change the stem or the ending of it and it's like, how am I supposed to remember all this,😠 especially when it's not my original language. I get confused about the correct gender to use when ordering drinks. For example, I used to always request "Un Sol, por favor" when ordering a Sol beer but then my Mexican friend corrected me that I should ask for 'Una Sol'. Even though sol is masculine, I think it's because I'm ordering a cerveza, it should be feminine? And does that mean I would ask for 'una Dos Equis', 'Una Modelo', etc? And what about mixed drinks (daiquiri, pina colada, rum and coke)? Is it always masculine (un daiquiri, un pina colada, un ron y coke) since I'm asking for a coctel which is masculine? Thanks
