First! 🥴 Edit:It is an hard,hard task to convince oneself to embrace the way to quit any addiction,being alcool or narcotics,especially new generation opioïds like fentanyl. But....its a challenge with an enormous reward. Of course,sometimes we stumble,especially when it is the hundredth try! One day at a time,is what is the most efficient method for me.That,and of course a strong will to see the light again. Add to that a little help from real friends,faith,and looking at this kind of videos. CarpeDiem !❤❤❤

I must say Tim thanks to God you look like a person who's never tried any kind of drug or alcohol. Which one more time proves that you can quit or stop ones you see a sober side of life for some time and support from family. You are a great man indeed! Just as quitting anything your brain becomes addicted to and especially drugs and alcohol requires one to be a strong man which anyone can once he/she starts discovering own capabilities.

Hi Tim, I know I've watched a lot of your videos but I watch a lot in general so forgive me if you've talked about what I'm about to ask before. You talk about alcohol a lot "maybe" more than opiates? Is it because it was your bigger issue? Or the harder to stop? my issue is opiates. I'm at a lot of the points you mentioned: they do nothing for me except stave off withdrawal, I've made it where we are behind on bills and messed up our credit. But every time I try to stop and there have been several times I can't get past 3-5 days. clearly for me withdrawal lasts longer than that. I work an <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="480">8:00</a>-<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="300">5:00</a> job rehab and even meetings aren't a real.possibility for me. I honestly don't have the time for meetings and job is way too new for rehab. I feel stuck. Any significant advice you can give to get through the initial acute stage? P.s. I've tried all the vitamins I've read about and even Kratom with no success

No I had an equally big issue with opiates, it’s just I had to deal with it first before I dealt with the alcohol.I really feel for you it’s a very tough thing to go through, especially if your working a full time job as you are. My suggestion would be to be totally honest with your employer and family, choose a week, prepare and book that week off if you can. Watch my opiate withdrawal videos and others and see what worked for me. Preparing is the key food, bedding, support , distractions etc etc. However there’s no magic bullet I’m afraid. Ultimately you have to really want it , grit your teeth and get through it. On the other side of those few days of discomfort lies freedom and peace🙏🏼 Good luck and much love and strength to you ❤️

It helped me a lot Samuel! Gave me the breathing space I needed ,when trying to come off opiates , to sort my life out ! Thus enabling me to be stronger when tapering off and stopping them all together! I was on suboxone for around 2 years! Much love and strength!
