OMG OMG this journal idea could be made into a personalized book for special events, grandkids or baby shower gifts!! I love this. Thanks too for sharing Artist-Tac. OMG… Did not know that this company had other products other than the substrates. I absolutely love this journal idea plus, your alcohol in creation turned out beautifully. I would have never even looked for the Journal kit prior to this but I now think they would make beautiful, personal gifts. I think I may have to make a few to give away at my cancer center where I go for treatments. I did n't realize that Grafix has so many products that can be used with alcohol inks and other medium. The Journal is an excellent idea. I have made art journals for my grandchildren and struggle with getting the pages together, but not be able to add or remove pages. Love you landscape your skills have grown over the years. Beautiful

Thanks, Nancy! The journal is a great idea to use with the grands! I like that you can get a disc journal hole punch and add whatever art or substrates you use to it. I'm loving the Grafix Dura-Bright, but sometimes I use other papers and surfaces. It's great that we can incorporate them all in!

Thanks @LaurieTrumpet ! This was a great demo of several techniques and of the Graphix products. Question - do you need to put a page or some barrier in between project pages so that the alcohol ink on the project doesn't get scratched or stick to the adjoining pages?

Great question. So I added a clear plastic sheet here, but it doesn’t really protect it. You could seal with Kamar or Jacquard’s brush on sealer, but if you do, make sure it’s completely dry before adding it to the journal. For me, because its a journal I probably won’t do anything! 😂
