I had to watch this one more time at 1:56 when the band started blowing...the captain really understands the assignment of why they are called the golden girls. She is so pretty and creative with the music. This young lady even stopped in the middle of the street to feature her beautiful team then she lead off with a powerful kick and authentic dance moves. YES! Crystianna ate every second of leading the squad during the indoor parade!!! Her selections, musicality, and stamina while leading was absolutely everything. I enjoyed every bit and watch it over and over. Crystianna will be one of the most Legendary Captains to come through not just Alcorn, but the SWAC.

I understand the popular spots are "under the bridge" and the convention center, but usually a band in a parade would entertain areas that are crowded. I understand if it wasn't crowded along the way, but it was, and im not saying they play numbers back to back, but we are all looking at the same video, and they passed nothing but crowds the entire way. From what was recorded, we only saw ASU hit those two hot spots and didn't play anything else if it wasn't a little past the beginning or at the end of the route lol. They did fantastic!!!🔥🔥🔥 By the way this is not a complaint, but a simple question of wondering why. I'm just curious as to why the director or drum major chose not to call any numbers during any other spot of the parade? (Aside from the bridge and convention center) I could see if it was a long route like that of the Rose Parade, but this is no different from any normal HBCU homecoming parade route. Again their performance (when they did play) was giving 💯
