Since you share so much I'll share the only card trick I know. And it's dumb but it works. Fools everybody but it's so simple. The oldest trick in the book. As you shuffle the cards look at the bottom one and keep it down there as you continue to shuffle. This is my version. The known card is on the bottom so ask the person to try and cut the deck ten from the bottom. That gets them involved. Then you count how many they got stacking each card on top. Make a big deal of how close they were. Then get them to flip the top card over and not show you and put it back in the deck and shuffle as much as they want. Then you take the deck and recall the number of cards they cut and flip the face up cards in piles of that number. At this point you know where the card is. Then tell them the next card you flip over is theirs and flip the card that was on the bottom from the very start. I doubt anyone will ever read this but for those that do get a free trick that is really cool!

Very good method !!! If I were to do this for social media I would probably sacrifice giving the spectator a chance to inspect the box and make a hole under the sticker with the pocket. The trick could then be done with one signed coin. Thanks for the inspiring idea!

shut up you don't know nothing about how magic should be , for this kind of effect you have to give to inspect cause the coin went under the sticker for a sec , if the coin dosent went under the sticker so yes , you need to analyze all when you create a magic trick , and on what you created there is a lot of mistakes !!!

You can place the coin between the white cap and the rest of the box by squeezing it and creating a little pocket so you could love the box round even more freely before you load it just a thought

I liked it but does feel like it is still to thick to pull off real close up ? maybe just me ? I do like the tic tac through the card box effect much better ! that one is slick ! I have found you can even palm the cover off the box and have someone even open the box to find the tic tac's. I made one change in the box with the magnet. I cut out from another box a false box liner, I cut out to hid the magnet on the inside. just used spay tact glue and pressed it in place and it looked so good. you need to cut the peace exact or you can see the it.

Super-clever method! However, I'm still trying to come up with a good reason why I'd borrow and tear open somebodyelse's Tic-Tac box. Not realistic. Neither is hoping some day to find someone with the same brand of Tic-Tacs at roughly the same quantity, secretly swapping, and hoping they won't notice the discrepant torn seal. I think instead I'll use my own box, print my own seal (so the box will be fully sealed and perfectly match the gimmick), borrow the coin, and just miss-call the date.

This trick would never work in front of a spectator with a borrowed tic tac box. It has too much setup and it's just not practical to do on the fly. The spectator will easily catch it

I agree, as I say in the video. The set up I front of the spectator probably isn’t the most practical. It’s just in theory, it COULD be done. I have no issues with it pre-set up though.

It's like every illusion once you know the secret its hard to unsee it. At first performance it wasn't really obvious man lol We have to realize laymen don't notice these things. This would totally fly if practiced and done right And even if you personally think it's obvious I guess it's a good thing the tricks free. I think it's very creative thinking and if we learn these principles they help us in the long run
