Alden Groves - Crazy

In December of 2018 I was diagnosed with Bipolar 2, and it really illuminated a lot of my struggles with mental health. I’d always known something was wrong, but I could never place it. After the diagnosis, I felt like I was finally free to express my struggles, and this song is exactly that. I let myself vent out all of the emotions and anxieties that I’d been holding back because I was scared of being labeled crazy.
