Fantastic look for those boots. I loved the way you converted them from a 270 to a 360.

I love seeing the care and attention to detail with the welt ends, making sure they're cut on the angle and stitched close.

Love your videos! Would love to hear your opinions on the quality and construction of these brands. Wish so much that I could be an apprentice, but living in LA 😞. Please keep making more videos! 🙏

Great video. Can you tell me the name of those vibram soles? I tried looking i to vibram catalog but could not find the number of this model. Thanks

They're the vibram 2040 sole or the fighter sole.

What grit sandpaper do you use to smooth out the edges of the sole/welt?
@UnsungHouse2 жыл бұрын
We start out with 40 grit and then 100 grit on the machine. Then for hand sanding we use 320 then 1500.

Whoa whoa whoa, hold on a minute.... You're telling me you can change the hardware on my Alden Indys even thought that strip of leather is stitched over??? Can we address that issue wholly on its own? Like a vid of just that process. Cuz if you can do that, I'll never ask anyone but you to touch my shoes, ever...

Talk us through what you are doing and why. The music is no replacement for your voice. At best it is annoying. I have tried, but I can't just listen to music without the craftsman/artist input as to what is happening. Good luck.
