My boss and I saw one being chased by two jets in Alexandria, Va, back in 2014. It was a streaking orb. I just assumed it was some sort of experimental military aircraft; but , my boss reminded me that they have at least 10 remote air bases to test aircraft(a couple of them in vast desert regions)... why would the military test an aircraft over three heavily populated cities including Wash DC? We both just shook our heads and went indoors. I have yet to think of a good reason why he's wrong. I believe the Flying V aircraft seen in Arizona actually flew from the U.S. into other countries; how would TWO separate militaries be able to keep a secret like that from their respective demographics?

That same eventful night, many other areas saw huge football field sized objects, rectangular in the sky with piping and lights able to be seen on the structure. These would eerily make zero sound, and people report they completely blip away in an instant. There then boom, they can actually blip completely away instantly exactly as warp travel looks on TV.

Ive flown on this flight multiple times and on occasion Ray had been the pilot. You have to turn off your phones on this flight. There were reports online when it happened that both Jersey and Guernsey had both picked up something on radar but they no longer seem to be articles online.

We get these kinds of sightings every so often. Only now everyone has a 4K camera in their pocket that can send videos straight to the front page of KZbin or Twitter. I have zero doubt of these accounts but I am of the opinion its unusual optical phenomenon, military, or some energetic atmospheric event. They also "do not belong to the united states' government" which is why there's been the recent push to properly study them and share data openly between agencies. As well as "if they are piloted craft, they show capabilities far beyond what any intel we have suggests what Russia or China is up to." Basically, after trailing behind by decades they'd have had to leapfrogged us by a century or more, and still kept it a secret. Since the modern era of reports go all the wayback to WW2, pretty unlikely that the Chinese had hairpin turning at mach 30 speeds when we were still developing biplanes, or that Russia had them when not even all of their soldiers had guns. That narrows the list pretty heavily. Cause from there they're either privately made and owned meaning some corporation or millionaire has first strike capabilities on the entire globe and is just sitting on it menacingly, the result of a nation that has completely evaded US intelligence the dang Vril society or Wakanda or Atlantis or some nonsense, or it's not native, "'Not Native' in what sense?" becoming its own can of worms with dozens of possibilities or combinations there of.

Wasn't Phoenix lights one of those? Or even the one featured in the great movie biopic "Fire in the Sky", about the three or four tree cutters at work? One who was allegedly snatched? Or leastwise, he had a very traumatic experience. Great film. I think it would take a stadium of people or more before some folks see it as real. I think the trouble is that we always assumed that UFO's were alien, and that is what is most scientifically unlikely, when most have probably been military or other unknown entities.

In January 1989, I saw a disc shaped ufo float slowly over my cottage in south east Scotland. It was only 50 feet above me. It was the most incredible experience of my life. It never leaves me. These things are very real. I’m no ‘crank’ who just believes in anything. But I do know what i saw, and I’m pretty sure we didn’t have gravity defying craft in 1989. Anyone who denies the reality of these things is either irrationally scared, or just deluding themselves.

I saw the same thing years ago on the observation deck of the Griffin Observatory with more than 20 other people who witnessed the same thing. It was massive in size just over a mile long. This was pre mobile phone era and the weird thing was some of the tourists who had cameras were unable to snap pictures of it because of malfunctioning issues. It hovered behind the Downtown LA skyline to the left side from our view. It was above the city of Torrance casting its enormous size over the area. There weren’t any clouds in the sky mostly blue skies. There was no way that it was a ship out to sea or any such dismissive explanation for it. The object cast a massive shadow over the city. It’s surface was silver shiny metallic with the sun hitting it. Anyone below would be oblivious to it thinking a cloud hovering and never realizing or looking up to see it. That evening there was nothing on the news about it. We did see helicopters attempting to fly near it as though they were investigating and reporting this. I was the first person to notice it and several other people with curiosity wondered what my brother and I were looking at. We pointed it to them and asked if they were seeing the same thing. Their acknowledgment confirmed our observations as others began to see it too.

Just so you know, there is more than one explanation of why it is difficult to record these. And actually, there are a number of clear photos and moving pictures. When these events take place, it's not in your mind to grab a camera. There is never enough time. How many people are going to capture a car accident as it happens? I studied this phenomenon for 50 years. I listen to one presentation that discussed is very issue. The frame of mind that witnesses are in when this happens.

I saw one UFO 30 years ago. It was heading my way from far. Then I thought of getting my video camera. But when I was ready, its going away, then I thought its too late. But as I was to go filming a wedding, I saw it again. So I tried filming it. I was able to film it only about 10 seconds, and then I was blocked from a building. Later, when I went home and was excited to see it in TV MONITOR together with my brother, I saw some alphabets "STR". I was wondering, how come if from outer space, it has letters? 2 days later, I saw in newspaper that its actually a helium balloon advertising a new TV program which we have to pay for the shows. The company is called ASTRO!!

I once saw an incredible thing in the sky while flying. It was arch shaped and multi-coloured. As we got closer, another arch appeared under it but the colours were reversed. Is there no corroborating sightings from other parties? No sea vessels or other light aircraft? If not it feels to me like some kind of super-rare atmospheric phenomenon, only visible from their particular position, something like a weird sun dog or Fata Morgana. The guys certainly seems genuine and not the sort to use it as a springboard to jump on the UFO circuit - which can be quite lucrative.

Reportedly seen by pilots flying opposite directions. Rainbows don't do that. Negligible chance of one-off unusual ground reflections doing that from both directions. If it was not a one-off phenomenon then local regular-route pilots (not only Bowyer) and radar operators would have become familiar with it, or at least would have identified it subsequently.

I don’t know why I feel that this was a reflection of light off of a body of water and reflected onto the haze about that water body, mimicking the shape of the water. What convinces me is that the orientation of the two objects changes as he approaches it. If he had continued on over the area the two would have seemed to become one object. The other plane was seeing the same phenomena from a different angle. That’s what I think this was. The dark area was probably an island or peninsula in the water.

It is tempting to conclude that this is what it was but the sighting went on for long enough for the pilot (who must previously have seem such lighting conditions) to rule it out. Also there was a primary radar return from it, meaning that it was reflecting radar.

You’re not wrong because at sea level it’s only 59 miles at the closest points between the IOW / Portland Bill & Cap Le Hague / Barfleur . A fisherman once told me from the centre of the channel in good conditions one could see the light beams from the respective Lighthouses so from up in the air it must be a cracking view when clear .

I live in Southern CA and have witnessed a few things that can't be explained. Also the whole fam saw strange shadows behind the clouds while camping in Joshua Tree. Chemtrails created a sort of veil that covered the full moon and when "it" flew by it cast its shadow upon it

Here is how you know this is likely not true. It is nearly impossible to tell how far away something is or how large it is without some frame of reference. Something floating in the sky is surrounded by lots of nothing. Ask any pilot if they can tell by sight along just how close they are to a cloud. It is much more difficult than you think.

Unusal times. During this pandemic crisis, our large bus fleet have had pilots from Jetstar, Toll, Qantas etc here in NSW join our team due to the previous reductions in air travel and restrictions. This is what thay say. The number of airmen that sit in our lunch room at different times, now driving buses for income as of the current restrictions and lock downs. Thay all say, sightings are very regular, so regular, its not not reported by them. To them flying at over 850kmh at around or over 10km high, its just another shift of, oh another 1 no big deal as thers no interference.. Im hearing this from many of them.

A saw a literal metallic pyramid spiraling in place outside a Hardee’s with about 20 other people, it was thousands of feet above and I can’t really guess the size only had to be pretty big with how much detail I could make out and with how far up it seemed. It stopped me in my tracks it moved like it was falling but didn’t seem to loose altitude. Everyone was amazed. And then it was gone. Not it went away at high speeds It was there I blinked and it was gone. Like it threw on a cloaking device it was insane. Made the local paper and news the next day they interviewed my sister. How strange that not one of the passengers had a pocket camera to take a shot to prove it conformed with the artist’s impression. I mean the difference between the distant sightings of the two UFOs which just appear like bright formations parallel to each other, so the artist’s impression recorded by the descriptions made is very realistic…If only s/o had had a camera at hand!

I live in America in Florida Daytona Beach one day I was hanging out with a friend by the boardwalk and we thought we seen a meteor fall into the sky coming downwards but then out of nowhere it switched directions and shot back up from our point of view it looked a little slow but I'm sure it was because it was far away it had to have been going at least 4,000 miles an hour it was pretty fast overall and it must have been pretty big because it was pretty far away my heart kind of dropped a little bit like what was that we both just sat there confused didn't really know what to think it wasn't a plane it wasn't a rocket cuz rockets only go up they don't switch directions come back down intern to this day I don't know exactly what I saw but I know it wasn't a regular flying craft or meteor
