Aldi 2-in-1 Handheld Vacuum | Best Budget Buy?

I just got this vacuum today because I wanted something cheap that works. Even if it breaks in a year it's still worth it.

After having used it for a day, I'd say it's worth the $20 you pay for it but it's not worth much more. For a cheap price you get a bottom of the line vacuum. Pros: 1. Cheap, duh. 2. It can stand upright on its own without leaning against the wall. Cons: 1. Due to the filter design the dust and hair gets stuck on the filter so you have to clean this filter often. Most other modern designs are not designed like this. 2. The plug on doesn't have that part where you can attach it to the cord for storage. (I don't know the correct word for it) 3. The air blows to the side and when I vacuum the hardwood hallways the air actually blows away the dust and I see cat hairs flying around when I vacuum. This is very poor design.

had no problem putting it together but removing the surface nozzle to use the handheld function seems to be very difficult. the instructions say to just pull it out, but it just won’t come out! I tired pushing and pulling the surface nozzle does NOT come out to attached the accessories.. Great to vacuum but cannot use the accessories.

That must be very frustrating. Mine is quite a tight fit but it does come out with a pull.

Thank u, I'll have to rewatch this again, IF I'm able to get the (vacuum). I was also wondering if you think the" stick, handle would able to be used with Other little " car cleaning" vaccines like that? Or only that one,? Also your home was already. Clean compared 2 my home kids/ pets etc! lol and I think if have to Empty that about 60 times for I vacuum off the whole house. Also, where would I / we get new" filters," 4 the vacuum?

I'm not sure the parts will fit other vacuum cleaners. You might be able to order the filters online if you google it. I have 2, very clean, kids. I have a no shoes inside policy and no pets at the moment so we stay fairly clean and tidy :)

The pieces should just press into the front of the vacuum.

It does push in and pull out and is a tight fit on ours too.

I have one of this but everytime I clean the filter a red light and a green light appears. The vaccum just stops everytime the light appears

The filter needs to be completely dry before you replace it if you’ve washed it. Or it could be faulty. Maybe return it for an exchange or refund.
