I depend on you for my Aldi shopping list each week. I normally try to stop in before closing on Tuesday night to see what is already out and have been pretty successful getting what I want. Yesterday was a long day and I was exhausted. Totally forgot and I did NOT need to be up early for babysitting my grandchildren so I will leisurely stop at one of the Aldi stores near me today and hit the AOS. I really want those children's wearable blankets. I take my 4 yr old granddaughter to Pre-K, which is a 5 min drive from their house, but have to put her in her car seat along with her 18mo old brother. We are in Western NY and it's already pretty cold and they can't wear their heavy coats in their carseats. I want something I can throw over them. Hoping those do the trick. Also, the Bluey xmas wrapping paper will be a big hit for my granddaughter. Thank you for all you do and I think about you and pray for your physical and mental health to improve. You have a lot of fans on your side. Happy Thanksgiving

Good morning Amy, sometimes when my anxiety takes over, I sit down comfortably & do the 4-7-8 breathing technique. Breathe in thru nose (a deep belly breath) for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds then release thru mouth for 8 seconds & repeat a few times. I learned this years ago from Dr. Andrew Weil. It seems to help a bit. Thank you for all you do & a very Happy Thanksgiving to you & your fur baby! 😊❤🦃🍁🥧🤗🐶
