Btw, best way to do ribs is put them in a tin with sauce, cover and cook for 2hrs, then uncover for about 20mins to reduce the sauce to sticky consistancy. With the sauce, any sweet spicy sauce works, but i add water to it so ribs are covered as they cook, and foil over the tin so it doesnt reduce, the final 20mins after uncovering reduces it. Butchers pork ribs are best with lots of meat on. If you slow cook them like that, the meat is amazing and tender and most fat gets rendered off as well.

I had the asda version of those last week, did them in the airfryer. Wasnt impressed much at all with those, the tesco cooked version you do in a microwave are far better.

@@englishcat19 no baby back ribs which are more money an sweeter than normal ribs off a full size pig you get 2 cuts on baby back it's 1the clue is in the name that's why the price

@@englishcat19 an the best way of cooking ribs is cut onions celery carrots lay the rack on them fill the try up to just before it gets to the side of the ribs salt an pepper an garlic powder cover with foil put in the oven for 2 hours take out put your bbq sauce of your choice wrap in grease proof paper then in foil for half hour then let to cool if your having bbq put them on the bbq done or just take them out of the oven an plate just me on this
