Greggo when you come back to Sunshine Coast try the pies at the bakery Mudjimba beach Bakery. Chunky steak and plain pie were both good.

I was thinking of going into Aldi because they apparently have a huge British week with lots of products from the UK including Worcestershire Sauce and Prawn Cocktail and Cheese and Pickle Crisps,Galaxy Minstrels and Rolos ..I'd probably pass on these Faux Herbert Adams Pies though ..Thanks again for taking one for the Team Grego

I'm not a huge chicken fan to begin with but I did enjoy the chicken & camembert pies I got from Aldi a while back. I also try not to overcook the pastry, I find that makes a difference.

MAAATE! I have the exact air fryer at home and work and can't believe you don't know that you nuke a frozen pie for 3 minutes then into the air fryer for 5 minutes and perfecto!!!! Just like its been in the oven for 40mins!!!

Butter the top. Put it in a bed of mashed potatoes and pour some chicken gravy on it and cover it in green peas. Pepper and salt to taste. Fresh bread with butter to sop up the plate. Cool beverage of choice. Yum.

I always nuke the pie for 1 or 2 minutes in the microwave and then you only need to airfry it for 10 mins

Yeah, Aldi frozen grubola offerings are the tits 'ere uh GregO and these certainly don't dissapoint - although I'm yet to try this line item having sampled the foul and slow cooked cow versions..
