Considering the cost of McDonalds fries, and KFC burgers, I'm hoping that these two products will be good enough to the point where I can eat them instead, and save a load of cash...

2 serves of fries and a chicken burger for just a tad over £3 is pretty good going there Papp. For a few bob more you could upgrade the burger with some slaw or lettuce, cheese, bacon, whatever you fancy and still be ahead of the burger chain prices. Nice cheap combo for a meal. Cheers John 👍🤤😀 I had a beef burger and chips for dinner last night. Chuck steak burger patty. Pan fried mayo spread GF bun, lettuce tomato beetroot dried fried onions jalapenos and cheese with keto ketchup. Delish! 🤤

@@Papparoni It's not a proper Aussie burger without Beetroot. Traditionally buying a hamburger from an independent takeaway almost anywhere in Australia, the burger will include slices of pickled beetroot. It's only McDonalds in the commercial burger chains that has the Aussie burger on their menu. An independent takeaway Aussie burger 'With The Lot' contains from bottom to top, toasted sesame bun, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pineapple, egg, bacon, grilled smash meat patties, grilled onion, plastic cheese,tomato sauce and the toasted bun top. Anywhere between $10.50 - $13.50 Have you watched Gregs Kitchen latest video? Burger with the lot. Old snake jaw has to unhinge to get the bite on this beauty.

Doesnt sound too bad, maybe less filth than the other burger, handy for the freezer, could add some salad got a decent snack, the red boxes with the fries are a nice touch 👍

Quite a surprising result there Papp!... I thought it was going to be another let down my friend... But i'm pleased to see that it was a decent tasting Southern Fried Chicken Burger... As well as decent tasting pack of French Fries... I'm pretty sure though that those red McDonald's style holders for the French Fries... Were intended to mainly appeal to kids... In an attempt to make them feel like they were having a treat from McDonald's... Because no adult would normally serve them at home in those red cardboard sleeves... They would simply be served on just a regular dinner plate... 👍 Many thanks for the reviews Papp... It's very much appreciated... All the very best my friend... Cheers mate. 🍺

Hello. I have had this Chicken Burger a Few times. Never Cooked the Burger in the Microwave always in the Air Fryer on Air Fry Setting 190c - 200c for 10 - 12 Minutes. Nice and Crispy Result.

I was surprised how good Aldi's frozen chips are. Like the home style ones and straight cut. I might get those fries just for the containers.

Amazing value seeing that you were expecting less flavour. For the extra time and energy usage to cook through it all, it was well worth it paps and the price seems nice.

Seems they have improved the microwave burgers and chips then, used to eat microwave burgers from Farmfoods in eaarly 2000s an i loved them, your a kid, youll eat anything really when you got no choice 😂 but chicken burgers always were soggy i found,,coating would fall off,,i might give these a try, cheers Paps 👍

Another nice review and find Papps so I'll be giving it a go but air fry the burger with the fries to make it nice and crispy and definitely make some Mayflower southern style gravy as a side a cheap poor man's kentucky and that song 🎵 will forever be in my head from a family coach trip holiday to yugoslavia in the early 80's as it was played in every country that we stopped over in 👍👍🍗🍗🍟🍟

Yes our coach tour to yugoslavia was September 1981 and to our surprise when we got home 2 weeks later it was in the UK charts but a holiday to majorca the same thing happened with call me by Spagna and also boys boys boys by Sabrina oh to go back to the 70's and 80's 👍👍🎵🎵

Noni is a top name mate, and the salt I use is meant to be the best, actually healthy for you. I get mine from Spice Mountain ;)
