Oh man, concealer is SO important when doing a smoky eye--those gray/taupe/deep violet tones really pick up any discoloration in the inner corner/undereye. On the bright side, that lip look is fantastic. And I love the zipfront hoodie you're wearing. Fun Spanish Fact: My husband (who's from Salamanca) uses the phrase "como un pulpo en un garaje" to mean feeling awkward and out of place. Like an octopus in a garage!

Thanks for testing this one for us Shelly 😊. Even if the shades were paler, the "road map" effect lands it on my 'unsuitable products' list. When contemplating how products might turn out on me, I keep in mind that you have your skincare routine perfected. If a product does not work in those conditions, it seems unredeemable. Hi Shelley oh dear that was a fail, but the eyeshadow looks great on you 😂. I recently bought the reformulated Dior F&B which is very pretty on dry skin. They changed the shade range so beware of that if you try it. I was never able to use the previous incarnation because the lightest shade was too dark, but the reformulated version is lighter and I can get away with it (my perfect Dior shade is 00, but the 0 in the F&B is a decent match). It’s really pretty on and has good staying power with a nice slight sheen on the skin. Best wishes x

Roadmap under eyes is a huge no but I have never found a concealer or color corrector that hasn’t mapped out every line on under my eyes no matter how hydrating the product claims to be 😢 so sad

I wouldn't be able to use this just on the scent alone. It would burn my eyes and my skin is sensitive to it. It didn't look nice either. I can't spend that much time working something under my 53 year old eyes.
