@TheKentuckylady7174 жыл бұрын
I've heard that but I take the skin & bones out....just can't make myself eat them....sure if you eat salmon patties in a restaurant you eat the skin & bones too, that's why I make my own.....I have eaten them out and they were good, but I guess it goes to show you, when you eat out, you do not know what's in your food.....have heard some stories.....kinda turned me off on eat out foods....I do love Mexican food tho....so I guess you have to know where you eat out too.....that makes a difference.....

After watching this video yesterday while on my treadmill...I couldn't wait to see what I could find over there. We've only had our Aldi's for 1 1/2 years. I was soooo happy to find the Suja celery juice. It was kinda tucked away. Yay! I agree with you. It is amazingly delicious. I also found the Blue Corn Chips. Yum. Hey Bobby! I love your show and am a huge believer in eating healthy the right way. However I have a two year old who has severe tree nut and peanut allergies! Due to this we have become an entirely nut free household. This makes buying snacks/cooking your recipies a challenging task (especially when a lot of bobby approved items are with nuts and I would not buy otherwise!). It would really really wonderful if you could come up with a nut free and still healthy shopping haul. I apologize if this asking for too much! Thank you so much and keep up the good work! Love to flav city family! Stay safe and stay healthy.

First off let me say hi to Rose she looks beautiful as usual. I want to thank you so much for these videos because now I'm actually paying attention to all the ingredients on the back of my packages. I'm not at a point where I am totally clean but I'm trying to get there. I used to look at the calories and fat and all that but then I realize after watching you that the ingredients are just as important if not more. So with all that being said I wonder if you can make a listing or if you have a listing on your blog of items we should be looking for or like the no items if you see these put the item down do not buy it.. run far far away lol. Because I watch your videos and I tried to retain as much as I can but of course when I get in the store it's a little overwhelming, so having a list that I could just pull up on my phone to reference would be very nice. I think I would even pay for this thank you so much I hope you read this comment and you're able to provide this. Have a wonderful blessed day and may you and your family stay safe. 💖💖💖

As you easily drank that celery juice, I was cringing... wondering how you were getting it down, let alone saying how enjoyable it was. lol ~ As much garbage as we've been raised on & fed throughout the years, tho.... isn't surprising the horrible horrible things many crave & then consume. Again, thanks for all you do. A lifelong Chicagoan myself, for many years now out in the 'burbs... it's awesome seeing you go to all these places (& my, how things/areas have changed & been built up!) Our triglycerides were back down to previous good levels.
