I changed my diet back in 1975. Dirk Benedict from the TV show "The A-Team" came down with testicular cancer. He did not want surgery nor chemotherapy. He went to a complete Japanese diet. He cured himself of cancer. I favor the Lebanese/Middle Eastern diet. I am 73 and walk briskly 3 times a week. My doctor at the VA says I have the heart of a 17 year old. I watch your site every day. Keep up the good work, Great Job!

I have learned so much from your videos, and your knowledge has transformed my pantry. I would love to see a kids’ snack and/or lunchbox video. I’m trying to educated my 11 and 14 year old about ingredients, but the battle at the grocery store is real with name brand companies selling awful products as “healthy” to feed our children’s bodies. Also kid friendly cereals ideas. What my pallet can tolerate is definitely what they often don’t like. Thanks so much for the awesome content!

Thank you for the videos, you remind me of my favorite science teacher in high school; he talked about new things and the importance of previous teachings and briefly go over them. You really make learning about this easy to remember. I have been watching this channel for over a month and have drastically changed the way I shop, even though I still buy some "cheat" foods just for convenience and time. Also I just commented the other day about deli meats and in this video you mentioned its upcoming. Very fine service sir, please keep it up.
