This reminds me of someone I used to love... As a writer, I tend to write everything down... And I was really in love with him, so sometimes I'd just watch him and write a bunch of short stories, and sometimes chapters of my novels because I was so in love and I just wanted to write everything and treasure it... He was in love with me, and so one day he wanted to write our book together. He was writing for the first time so I taught him step by step to write his first chapter while I'd just improvise what he wrote... And then one day he fell in love with someone else... His ex... He told me he was never really in love with me, but was just trying to forget her... And so he tore up our book that I had to stay up just improvising what he wrote, the book that made me sleep at 5am and wake up at 7 after spending all night writing for him... I was broken since then and had stopped even wanting to write. All I want to do now is die... Knowing him and my best friend are happy together... How selfish I am...

It's the little things in a relationship that make me happy, such as "Cereal for dinner, and staying up all night." Thinking I might not be able to ever achieve that with the person I currently love, breaks my heart I don't know why I have these thoughts of never being able to, we clearly love each other very much but I always focus on that for some reason. I've obtained happiness and I'm so lucky to have her, but I always... and I mean always worry about losing her. This song is literally and completely how my last relationship ended. I fell in love with a childhood friend and I had never felt that way before. It was like everytime I saw him, all bad emotions would drain out of me. We stayed together but I slowly noticed him not wanting to come over, or hang out in general. I don't want to say I know exactly how you feel because everybody deals with things differently. But I can say I've had a similar situation. I fell in love with my best friend and after a year I told her. I stayed in the friendzone for about four months after that then she started to like me. Finally, after asking her to be with me for a couple weeks she said yes. When we were together everything was perfect. We were so close. But after about a month and a half, it seemed like she was drifting away. I didn't know what to do and I was scared. So I didn't say anything. I regret that so much. We had a class field trip and you would have never expected she would break up with me the next day. I was expecting it but like I said I didn't do anything. We had planned to talk that day and I was hoping I could fix this. In the end, I watched her walk away. But I want you to know one thing. It will get better someday. It has been almost a year since we broke up and I'm still not that ok, but I'm getting there. Someone will be there for you. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

It was the end of the summer, Steve (the boy in the bubble) and I were doing Annabelle’s homework: a book report on the book of you and I, and a History paper on the Alamo. Trying to write like Annabelle is like trying to light a match in the rain. It’s impossible! Her writing is so bad, I feel like there’s a knife in my back! I’m not a cynic, but oh my gosh! I couldn’t take it anymore, so we paid Gabriel to do it for us. “I hope that I am just like you” Gabriel thought as he attempted to write as close to Annabelles writing as he could. He hadn’t written this much since 1994! Meanwhile, we were looking for Jesus in LA and all we found were demons! We went back and found Gabriel and we pushed him into the water fountain. He asked, “who did that?!” We responded, “must’ve been the wind.” He had to swim out of the fountain! He told us we were outrunning karma. There’s gotta be a reason he hates us, but I wouldn’t know it! Steve asked how I would feel if he killed someone for me... I mean, don’t get me wrong... it’s a nice offer, but what if he caused the death of a hero! I mean, if we have each other well both be fine so I told Steve there was no need, but he told me there was “no need to let me down slowly”. Anyway, when I got home I looked into my mothers eyes and gave her a paper crown Steve and I made out of Annabelles Trigonometry homework. I sat in my bed and thought so many terrible thoughts, and I knew my mind was a prison and I’m never gonna get out. Written by 👻
