I just love how Casey is such an ever-present force in this game that you can hear his theme everywhere, not just in 'Where's Casey?'- The Trailer music, title track, 'Batter Up', 'Graveyard Main', and so many other tracks either overtly or quietly slip it in. The dead continue to haunt us, and it's scary and beautiful and lasting.

@@balls6080 there was a lot of evidence that appeared to contradict a lot of the claims she made, and she even admitted to at the very least exaggerating some of it. Plus given her track record of sleeping around for reviews and more or less stealing money, it’s no wonder no one cares. While the situation didn’t make Alec look the greatest, objectively speaking he was probably not the monster she made him out to be, which ultimately led to his death. She should be tried for murder. Plain and fucking simple.

Clearly not false - whether Zoe's were true or not - given what his own family and friends said both before and after he died. Don't misread me, mind you, I'm fucking pissed that he's dead, and heartbroken, and furious, and he didn't deserve it ... but no one's clearly good or bad here, because no one has all of their family and friends respond "yeah, that sounds like Alec" when one person accuses them out of the blue. He shouldn't be dead. He should not be dead. And I hate that it colors this game and this music, which are magic and important. He didn't do that much wrong in life. Plus, that was a long time ago, he actually worked on his mental health and as his coworkers said, they witnessed him growing into a better person and were proud of him. And thus, after Zoe's claims, he got bullied out of life by his own friends and coworkers. Of course, your past mistakes will always remain, and Alec indeed commited a crime, but abuse happens every day and abusers go to jail (by the way, in some countries some crimes won't be investigated if happened a long time ago😮), but not many get a deadly amount of hate, get cancelled and so. Even more, I find the incident very hurtful, because Alec finally got hang of his life, and it seemed like Zoe let that part of her life go, too. Then, soon after the release and hype of NITW, Zoe decided to spit the thing out (what convinient timing!) and ruin Alec's life (can't deny she knew exactly what she will cause in the time of cancel culture). That's my point. Her actions might be right, but also hurtful and *very* convinient. That's why as many people supported Zoe and gave hate speech to Alec (a criminal), I believe in second chance and driving to suicide being a crime, too. So I exactly worship Alec and don't have a soft spot for Zoe.
