You are a very good drummer. It's funny, listening to you it almost sounds like you were giving golf lessons. I never realized how much the golf swing and playing the drums were related. Not only the golf swing but many pros will practice with a left handed club for the exact same reason you played the left hand setup. You learn something every day. Good video.

I am left handed drummer and play with crossed hands (normal) but I play my fills with right hand lead , that’s just the way I learned , actually play congas right handed also bongoes. Sometimes when playing fillings I do an extra stroke with my right hand so I can finish it with my left hand to hit the cymbal. Hahahaha it sounds crazy but it is real
