Beautiful content right here! Showing that success is a team work, and there's too much preparation, as mobility, technique and warm up. Also the importance of obeying the coach directions. The Georgian team looks like a dedicated and happy family. Lasha is definitely genetically able to achieve his 500kg total, I never really noticed he's almost 2m and 175kg. A huge guy and athlete.
