i remember years ago i got up sometime at like 3am, smoked a purey and went for a run in the pitch black with my dog high as fuck. i came home sat in a chair and meditated to this and it got to a point of feeling to leave my body, i let fear take over me as i was so scared as to what could happen yet, i didnt know if i was going to die, or like paralyse myself or have a fit or something, i just had no idea what would happen if i kept going, then i snapped back when the fear took over, and ive never ever been able to reach a point like that again
