Its so true this, I've been losing my balance since I was 50 and couldn't understand why this was happening, I kept thinking I had sliped on something but it was my balance all the time. Having arthritis dosen't help either and causes imbalance.

I have had Vertigo for 5 months, it is getting better and I have cut down on coffee, but if I cut down on salt I have to take more BP meds.. any suggestions? Thank you! I did buy the book also!

I need your book because it will save me time and money. Money so I don’t need to buy the book and apply the cash to the expensive recommendations. Time because these videos are too long and I can read much faster so I can spend more time on my rebounder and applying all the other stuff that Barbara recommends.
