I filmed this on April 20th which has probably been the hottest and most beautiful day of the year so far. Alert Bay is my home town, I lived there for 20 years and it's pretty rare for it to be this hot. If you haven't been to Alert Bay, GO THERE!

most beautiful place in the world! i am honored i went there for treatment. got to see the blessing of a canoe and when seafest went on. freshest water around! i love their culture. got to see a few people do some amazing work with their carving. i want to visit again with my children and grandchildren. the community is very nice too and welcoming! ❤️💜💕
