Being hurt because of love before, lead her to put a barbed wire around her heart so she wouldn't be hurt anymore. But at the same time she wants someone that will spark that trust in her, that she can let her guard down and let herself be loved. 2. She is too guarded in her house, it's like she literally has a barbed wire and doesn't want to leave her house and she wish that fence was smaller so someone could climb it and just take her out of her comfort zone. What do you guys think?

She said in one of interviews that she is shy kind of person even it doesn't look like that. And there's possibility that this song might been written during pandemic so it could be true that she wanted someone to get her out of comfort zone in home. But as she sings about lack of soulmate (my bed is cold on the left side) option1 can be true as well. Why not both? Someone who loves her would climb over the fence, get her out of comfort zone, anxiety and give love if she would trust him enough that he won't hurt her
