I used to drink beer literally every day, I'm happy to say I've cut down a lot but today I'm indulging in a few beers because well, it's my birthday. How did I celebrate? Well I made myself and my dear old mom a killer dinner with pepper beef, baked potatoes and homemade garlic butter. When I say homemade I mean it, churned from cream.
