Taru was the best female rider EVER! If in 1989 there had been DORNA and Carmelo Ezpeleta, they would have made a Superstar out of her...and deservedly. I was lucky to meet her in person in Le Mans 1990, she was also a very kind person. a pity she could not get the finnancial support to continue her career..."marketing" had not been invented then.
