The one thing that hit me the most is how he studied great leaders. I am sure some of the great leaders he studied were probably. There's a lot of people who Mentor other people even though they did not meet him through the biographies or the autobiographies. I've read about who are no longer alive yet their lives influence me very much. It is like they're dead yet they still speak even today through their words they have written or, what people have written about them. Thank you once again for another great video!

+StarReel Why on earth do you think, he's an overrated manager?? He won 38 trophies in 26 years with Manchester United. He made one team dominate the league for the past 15 years. And you know what : when Sir Alex took over ,the team was languishing in the bottom half of the table , to be specific the team was at the 21st position. Fergie fucking built a team from nothing literally. And one little thing :He won the bloody league with Tom cleverly in the midfield. Can jurgen klopp/pep guardiola/jose mourinho/diego simeone or even Carlo Ancelotti do that ?

Sir Alex an overrated manager? Are you serious? Do you know what he did for Aberdeen? He won the Cup Winners Cup for them in 1983 after beating Bayern Munich in the quarter final and Real Madrid in the final. Aberdeen also beat Hamburg in the super cup as well. He won 3 championships for Aberdeen and no one from outside has won the league in Scotland since he left. Manchester United were a total shambles when he took over. They had won only 3 FA cups in the previous 18 years out of all the major honours and were very much in Liverpool's shadow. In 1991 he won the Cup Winners for Manchester United and became the 1st manager to win it twice. When Manchester United won the league in 1993 it was their first since 1967 and Fergie won 13 championships overall which is unlikely ever to be equalled. Sir Alex is a genius and had a lot more in his locker than just motivating players.
