"most columbians sell coke" well it is prejudice. And he trying to justify it with "ask 100 Americans one thing they know about columbia" doesn't help either, because it suggests that Americans have little education if that was the only thing they knew (which btw is another prejudice). So it's a joke for uneducated, prejudiced Americans. He could make a similar joke about Heidi and her german origin, referring to all Germans as Nazis.
