@@MIchaelGuzman737 It's not difficult, but you have to learn and manage. Another thing is that if you can't manage your home, maybe you shouldn't invest on your own. If so, you should hire a CFP to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows, rather than betting on penny stocks.

The market's uncertainty is one of the reasons I have my daily investment decisions guided by an investment advisor, as their skill set is built around going long and also shorting the market to maximize returns, both employing profit-oriented strategy and laying off risk as a hedge against inevitable downtrends, and when combined with exclusive analysis, it's nearly impossible not to outperform. Since the 2020 pandemic, I've made more than $1.5 million after subsequent investments thus far.

Well, that's what Alex said: "When many hear my age, their perception of me shifts… I think it’s because we project how we saw the world at that age on the other person, assuming they see it that same way…which is likely false. I am a retired Infantry Paratrooper and Alex did somthing that I am trying to do with gym launch. I'm building a special fitness program at Alaska Pacific University, a true first of its kind. I have the competitive and first mover advantage on this. The exponential rate of growth in the niche of my program and low capital investments ensures a billion dollar revenue machine. Building my online marketing platforms for the past 8 weeks, the learning curve is tremendous. Not into real-estate but I subbed to your channel for this episode! Honestly would love to hire people to help build my lesson plans, but I'm scared someone with more money flow than me may try to steal my idea and actually bring it to market first. Honestly not hard to figure out what I'm building, but the instructor knowledge from my time at the NCOA combine with my Outdoor Studies w/minor in Wilderness Therapy makes this one of a kind as well. Thanks for the best Alex Hornozi interview thus far. 🙌

I don't always agree entirely what people are saying (just because they act like they are an authority). But Alex is totally correct about spending time/effort on trying to prime yourself in the morning in order to get motivated / focus to do work. Many years ago, I used to work at an exclusive Country Club/Golf Club. Most of the club members were either CEO's, or they owned their own business (you had to be worth millions just to join the club). None of them was meditating, or doing all this other nonsense mentioned in order to get 'in the zone'/get ready for work. Some people have a morning routine (back in those days), it might be get up and do a workout, others might have a cup of coffee and read the Wall Street Journal or other business related Newspaper so they can stay informed. But they were already ready to work, they didn't need to prime themselves (with a lot of nonsense new age stuff). Where some of the stuff like meditating, etc. might be helpful is if you have insomnia and need to calm your mind so you can get more sleep.

There were some nuggets in there I did take away, I'm on listen number 2, so I'm sure I'll pick up more. Having been part of numerous SaaS companies from SEED stage to Series C and beyond, I think Alex is talking about the GTM (Go-To-Market) approach. The GTM approach changes as companies grow - this means that the levers or dials you need to pull/turn and how much you need to pull/turn these levers changes with each new stage of GTM maturity - Metrics and how you measure success will also change as your GTM approach matures - i.e. problem market fit stage (ideation and typically sales lead) to product market fit (transition stage and usually sales + marketing aligned and led) stage to platform market fit stage (execution stage, efficient growth at scale) - This is the framework typically seen with successful SaaS companies but, it could apply to other businesses as well...Read MOVE by Sangram Vajre for more on this framework...
