Wow.. what timing for a video. I created a course on how to start a Recruiting/Staffing agency and how to get clients. Been trying to sell thr course but if I just give the course out for free and sell a membership community and 1 on 1 coaching that could be much more profitable Alex your a genius bro

You have to be deliberate and intentional with 1:1s, they are can be very draining emotionally. I don't think there's anything wrong with selling courses because most people who attend free training don't do anything with it. You can offer some free material but the more comprehensive the material, you should be charging them. Yes, there's lots of information on the internet but most people want things done and figured out for them. What you could do is offer to set up thier business and coach through the process. Information is still very valuable and people want help navigating the vast amount of data. I recommend you do more group coaching and reserve the 1:1s for folks who will invest and recognize the value of your time. Been doing 1:1 for a very long time now and I am implementing changes because it can wear you out. A good mix of services, products and information/training will keep you from getting burned out too fast.

@jenninemorel7693 great point. My course is very detailed and comprehensive. It teaches the person off the street how to start their own agency from getting their LLC to landing a client. Should I continue selling that ?

@htchamber2776 that's true but Andrew has some of the best branding I ever seen. He's also a marketing genius. He can tell young man to buy his bath water and they will

@@tdot2853 Yes, you should definitely keep selling it. I bet it's tremendously valuable. I am a business consultant for a nonprofit that helps people start businesses, I teach tons of training throughout the year AND I am an accountant for my own firm. People STILL want information delivered to them in nice neat little packages even though so much information is available on the internet. People want someone to do their homework for them. Trust me...I deal with this daily. Our organization offers over 200 trainings a year and we have very high attendance. The next thing they want is hand holding and consulting. Also, as an accountant, I would like to recommend that you refrain from telling people to specifically form an LLC vs other legal structure. This is one of the topics of one of my courses. More people form LLCs and then in a year or so they want out and need help dissolving the LLC or restructuring. I help clients with this. People need to speak to an accountant and or an attorney who can explain the pros and cons of each legal formation. There are tax and other matters that need to be brought to light. I would love the opportunity to connect with you to learn more about your course and how you help people. Would you be open to that?

Great quality. We are well within the range of acquisition companies & growing. B2B SaaS with an exciting product (Think Gong, but focused on AI Coaching & Revenue). Applied but heard nothing back. What else can we do?

I agree that info businesses are hard because once it’s out there, it’s out there. But, isn’t that what you did with GymLaunch? Maybe I’m misremembering. Others help me out here.

GymLaunch was a service business at first (done for you). Then a licensed system providing exactly what he just said: accountability, feedback and community to gym owners (done with you). It also provided access to the rarest of talents: Leila and Alex It was never a course that he was selling. Make sense?

Gosh, I’ve been doing the info business full time since 1997. It’s a great business. But yes, I bolt on group coaching. The info product business isn’t Hormozi’s specialty. His books ate fantastic, though.
