We all are getting told to "celebrate" when hitting a milestone or goal. I never understood why doing a task would justify a "celebration". Since I understand the concept of rewards -- and that I can give myself permission to reward myself -- I enjoy work so much more. I never felt connected to celebrations. I feel connected to rewards I want to give myself, even being it watching a KZbin video like this one. I'm looking forward to apply this concept more to my relationships, as Alex says.
