I’m thankful because those advices are valid for all kinds of relationships: I have taught my parents and family to treat me a certain way. It’s time to change this! 👊🏾

"It takes one person to change the dynamic and set an example" -and if the other person doesn't respond and engage with that shift, but instead fight it, then you probably don't want the same thing out of the relationship afterall and need to address that difference quickly, rather than pretending it doesn't exist and let it leech off of both of you for an age and build tension till it blows out of proportions.

Communication, negotiation, finding common ground / compromising and kindness are the key components to a long term relationship. Its whats kept my relationship healthy for 24 years ..... what is the line across Leilas cheeckbone though ?

Is it just communication though or is it compatibility? Obviously communication is important but what about when the communication is good but the compatibility is bad?

Sometimes not communicating is a result of emotional regulation due to personal issues a good somatic therapist could be very helpful

Fresh out of a relationship like this. We're both great outside of a romantic relationship. But I realize now there was hurts and communication that triggered both of us in different ways. It ended before we realized what could have helped. Hopeful for the future though

I have a big problem with culture treating marriage like it’s an option after you’re married.

You can always leave especially nowadays. So that's on the person whom wants to be a "victim".

I get how "brutally honest" in the title is probably needed for clicks. But nothing about this is "brutal". Just the opposite. "Brutal" and "difficult" are what happens / the consequences when what Leila is talking about here ISN'T done.

This is going to sound harsh, but for some reason Leila’s content isn’t popular on this channel.

That doesn't sound "harsh" or "honest", just ignorant.

Ignorant how? You may be getting your words mixed up. It might pay to check a dictionary. Objectively, does she get more views than Alex? Not that I've ever seen. She's been doing content for years and hasn't taken off, even with a famous husband. And it's got nothing to do with her being a female. There are hundreds of successful female content creators in the business niche. @rez7393

To be honest, it's clear which of them has the better experience and advice. I'm a female business owner and tbh, I learn more from Alex than Leila.

@@user-fw4ow7ku1t I've learned a ton from both. I don't know how you can say that unless you haven't seen Leila's content. I and my coworkers and whole company have gone all in on the Hormozi's content, books, everything. We've seen, listened to, studied and applied both Alex and Leila's content extensively. I've been in sales and marketing and business management for years and been exposed to all kinds of books and experts and training, etc etc and Alex's sales and marketing training is some of the best I've seen and Leila's is the best management, operations, HR, and leadership, etc that I've EVER seen. She's dead right on everything she teaches. Her content has blown me away. So I can't relate to what you're saying at all. It literally makes no sense, But maybe different things resonate with different people.
