------------
In this Broadcast Award-winning, BAFTA and Emmy Award-nominated entertainment show, Taskmaster tyrant Greg Davies (Man Down, Cuckoo), with the help of his loyal assistant Alex Horne (The Horne Section and the show’s creator), sets out to test the wiles, wit and wisdom of five hyper-competitive comedians.
Comedians that have risked life, limb, and dignity in the hope of making the Taskmaster proud so far include: Frank Skinner (The Frank Skinner Show), Mel Giedroyc (The Great British Bake Off), Romesh Ranganathan (Asian Provocateur), Hugh Dennis (Outnumbered), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’ Diary), Rose Matafeo (Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner 2018), and Russell Howard (The Russell Howard Hour). Unaware of what awaits them in each wax-sealed envelope, only one competitor can become the victorious owner of His Royal Task-ness’ golden head and be crowned the next Taskmaster Champion.

It does kind of make sense he came joint last with Fern given she was generally mediocre while he was really bad at most tasks but did really good in a number of them. Still though, the fact he won more episodes than Noel Fielding, Jessica Knappett, Morgana Robinson and Mike Wozniak is amazing.

Love the interviews so much. Alex does a great job letting the guests show off their personalities instead of just asking them straightforward boring questions. The chemistry from these two is particularly great with them trying to out mug eachother. 'Have you ever fallen asleep on your knees?' feels like a weird, almost dirty question despite having indeed fallen asleep on my knees. Got too drunk one night, lay my head and body on the bed with my knees on the floor; passed right out. My legs took a few minutes longer than me to wake-up in the morning.

Unless there's a lot of people liking your comment for the first paragraph, I feel comforted that I'm amongst many people that would answer yes to that question. Just too damn tired/drunk to climb onto the sofa/chair/bed that you end up with just your face & torso getting the relatively comfortable end of the deal.
