I served in Abia state from 2017 -2018 should I let you know that govt house road was so bad and narrow there used to be refuse dump close to it. The road to NYSC camp in bende is a nothing to write home about. It's only Abia that build road without drainage. You have to use keke to Aba to avoid deep gutters and your boot and kaki will still chop mud in rainy season so bad that you have to take a bath. Thank God for Otti!
