That kick is all technique. Hits the nerve running down your thigh and fucks up your day. Even a little kid made Eddie Hall feel it.
@Humanbodymentorshipacademy4 ай бұрын
It is technique, but he didn’t aim for the peroneal nerve. That nerve branches off from the sciatic nerve, which is in your hamstring and goes down to calf and lower leg. He kicked them in their quads and it still hurt them

There's more to it than that. Alex has weirdly developed feet, and the bones in his feet are more pronounced. When he throws leg kicks, he's digging bone into muscle. That's why they're so effective.

Anyone who says they are over reacting needs to see when Alex hit a leg kick on DC. It was almost similar power and DC was limping. Any kickboxer conditions his shin and that makes it like a metal rod. Read about shin conditioning and you will know.

it doesn't take much training for someone to be able to hurt someone with a baseball bat. Thats what the kick is. Even a conditioned hand pales in comparison to the thick bone of the tibia. Just look at how long your shin is compared to your arm. Your femur too, from the hip seated in your ass all the way to your knee. These muscles that are strong in every one because of their constant use. A person taught check just for 10 minutes can perform it and swing a crude meat club. An elite fighter xan shatter wood and bone.
