Alex Pereira mandou uma lição para o primeiro garoto que fez sparing com ele. Mas Plínio não traduziu. Ele disse que o primeiro estava correndo igual um louco de um lado para o outro. Que se ele fosse lutar boxe 🥊. Uma luta que tem 8 rounds o garoto não teria fôlego para chegar ao quinto round lutando naquele intensidade. E que seu adversário iria prevalecer do meio para frente dos rounds.

speed beats power that dude really thought he did something haha he dosent understand that a lot of poatans technique gets improved when he can actually punch you with power. he wouldnt have gotten close enough and by the time he did his brain would be rattled and the left hook would put him to sleep. that last guy in the red sweater is good tho haha no ego pulls his punches before they connect unlike the first dude in the red gloves. seems like alex agrees with me inn the end says aswell that he had to stop him self from going harder on the first dude. man some people really need a reality check on where they are actually at.
