I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again...Sean Evans is one of the best interviewers ever. The wings are just a bonus and fun twist to his impeccable research and interview skills. He takes great care in coming up with questions that the interviewee has never been asked or sometimes ever even thought of before. I’m pretty sure he gets some assist from his staff, so kudos to the entire Hot Wings crew.
