if they are what I think they are, they are called lug locks. very simple product just made from a small piece of plastic. I ordered some online from a place in Ottawa called dave's drum shop. they were like .50 cents a piece or something.

i personally have a 18" Byzance brilliant china and i´m very happy with it! It has a bright and very thrashy sound.. an looks awsome! i´d advise you to go to a drumshop an just try it out, to see if it has the sound you want! ;)

I have this song and the rest of the self titled album on a rythm game similar to Guitar Hero (its called Phase Shift you can see gameplay on my page).
