I'm here for it. I mean, Damage CTRL has never done it for me. Idk, it's like something isn't clicking with the three of them. All three of them have loads of talent, but all together there's like... no chemistry. Plus Alexa and Asuka have been teaming for almost as long as Damage CTRL. In my honest opinion, Alexa and Asuka have better chemistry. I need them to just disband at this point. Damage CTRL has flopped. There's very few directions I can see them go after this.

I truly don't feel like it's likely the women's division in AEW will ever get much consistent and reliable focus. Tony Khan has made it abundantly clear that he doesn't see anything wrong with how the women are booked and he deflects literally any time sometime tries to bring it up to him. I feel like the division is just what it is and any moments where they are getting great material is just a fluke.

So blissful that you mention the kick trade of Dakota & Asuka! This is the most hard-hitting moment in this match and look very devastating. I love both Dakota & Alexa, but the way they book Damage CTRL is weird & like rollercoaster... Its like they can ctrl the damage at Clash at the castle, made them look weak weeks after, then they control by get rid of team random bestie, and now suffer the damage... Why you name them DMG CTRL if you book them like someone who cant control damage... Alexa... even they give them the gold, but her current character still look bland & has no direction. Thx that Alexa steps up her in-ring game and not be the one who slow down the match anymore. Anyway... I'm so confused with this booking.

I think theyre planing on 3 vs 3 all titles on the line and make the damage controll win. I think they really want to protect bianca from losing the title clean/dirty pin or submission. This will make sense since they will be the first stable to take all the gold in one night. This is just my prediction though😄

I actually hoping its happening, damage control is not even entertaining as judgement day, bloodline, toxic attraction, I can say Dmg ctrl is currently the worst faction of WWE but how if triple H allow those three to win those championships in one night? How if damage control will be the first female faction to win the women's gold together? I think if they win, they will change the game since Bayley can work as a great heel champ, Io was become an entertaining and fighting champion, and dakota not sure. So I guess damage control winning golds will make sense.

People claiming Asuka & Alexa and Aliyah & Raquel are a randomly thrown together teams... so are Dakota and IYO. They've been teaming since Summerslam (30th July) while Asuka and Alexa teamed since 31st July and Raquel and Aliyah since August 12th. They are ALL thrown together. I still don't really know why Damage Control is even together in the first place. And I think Damage Controls Championship win was worse because Raquel and Aliyah won a WHOLE TOURNAMENT and lost it a week later.

I think if they would’ve done a falls count anywhere match between Bianca, Nikki and Bayley it could’ve provided a way to have Bayley pin Nikki (because she’s already been defeated by Belair), get the championship, and switch the roles from Bayley chasing the title to Bayley keeping the title away from Bianca.

I think it's fine stripping the titles from DMG CRTL because they were just so heavily insanely boring to watch. WWE didn't book them good at all, it's better to split the group and reset the girls in new positions where they can actually shine

It was hard to book them well without hurting the rest of the division, especially since they weren't created with the intention of getting over, just Bayley wanting to play with her friends. They should only be used as Bayley's mistreated sidekicks until they can break free as the natural babyfaces they are and I hope that's where this storyline is headed.

One thing I noticed in the women's tag match. Is when Asuka kicked IO, IO didn't block the kick to her face like all the other women do with their hand. She took it, and really sold it. Those Japanese ladies with that joshi style background ( not sure of proper spelling ) are tough as nails. Plus Asuka aka Kana and IO worked close for years together in Japan, with IO's sister Mio.
