How can I make it stay on always . It shows the front door only for 5 min or so and goes back to main menu firestick ?

Great video. I just install the ring door bell at my sister address but I can't get it to "show the front door" to Alexa when i ask alexa and it does not appear on the Y screen. Also, is there a way to remove the video link on the TV once it appears on it rather that it staying on the TV screen as her's stays on the screen for ages but she has 18 mbps speed which is slow. It will show on the TV with motion detection and If you ring the bell but it stays like 5 minutes on the TV
