Okay LOVE this - you look like a mermaid! Also, I think that’s a wax pencil, not a white eyeliner 😊 You can use the pointy end to pick up the gems.. they stick right to it. Then you place the gem on your face where you put the lash glue. I find a wax pencil easier to use than tweezers sometimes!
