Well, as someone who's taken a little Norwegian, I can help with the gist of it. Basically, he's talking about his home in Norway. The title is "blant fjell" which means "among mountains" . The chorus is something like "my home is here, among mountains and trees" and then something about loving it here and belonging here. And I agree, it's a very pretty song!
