Why does this hit so harddd 😢 😭 💔 🥺 listened to it 3 times on Spotify yesterday and then twice today on Spotify (at the time of this comment) A little story... ...I've had a terrible mental health issues since I was 14 (2020) and to this day I'm still struggling. My mental health broke so badly cuz of one person in my life (can't say why as is confidential) and Tuesday night I overdosed on 9 paracetamol luckily I was fine and I thank God for that 🙏. I've battled everything from attempting suicide to loosing many friends (one from death others just ditched me). Life is challenging no matter what. People hurt u and break u but u got to push ur inner self to get better. Unfortunately for me I have gone through many therapists and not enough support. If anyone else is in my shoes right now I feel u. Mental/physical health is rising. But after hearing this I've realised how much a few people can hurt you. Even by a few words. Anything can hurt. This song explains it all and I thank Alexander for making a song that made me realise how badly I've been hurt and I still got to fight it as we are ALL STRONG 💪. Keep pushing through your problems and you will come out stronger. Keep hold of those people who love you and care about you. You only have one chance of life. Don't waste it and enjoy every moment
