Yep, there are people at 155 that can present more problems for him there. Max is an unbeliveable elite of the elites fighter, but he honestly looked one dimensional and sloppy compared to Volkanovski out there tonight. I think in order to beat Alex someone needs to present him with multiple problems and mixing it up alot more and be able to out work him. That's where a high level grappler comes into play.

I think it is safe to say now that Volkanovski is bracing Feattherweight GOAT status. It doesn't really seem like anyone at Featherweight have an answer for him, he is just so fast and slick with his crisp boxing and overall one of the most complete fighters in MMA right now. For some reason he reminds me alot of Valentina Schevchenko in that dominant demeanour that he has. What im most impressed with is probably his mental toughness, it seems to be bulletproof, which most likely is a big part of his success.

I feel like Alex vs Dustin would be a good fight if he gets through Olivera or just in general. Olivera grappling might be too much for him but it’ll be interesting to see how his pressure in his standup will match Volk’s elusiveness.
