Alexandra Park Hastings shared cycle path. Discriminating, alternative route for disabled/elderly

This is Hastings Borough Council's idea of an acceptable alternative to the shared cycle path for the elderly, disabled and anybody else who doesn't want to fight for space on a 3m wide path with cyclists and e scooters.
This is the lower part of the park.
It is, quite frankly, a joke.
The cyclists route is a smooth route giving them a fast flowing comfortable ride. The alternative "pedestrian path" is claimed to be bike free.
Utter rubbish, it crosses the cycle path at least twice in this section of path alone. The shared route even runs in front of the public toilets. If that isn't bad enough look at the hills the vulnerable get!!
How this shockingly discriminatory, cyclist biased plan ever got to this stage is anybody's guess.
This is simply discrimination at its very worst
